Alternative Gift Fair in December
Does the thought of holiday shopping make you cringe . . . the confusion on picking the right gift, the traffic, the parking, the crowds? Each of the four Sundays of Advent, after church, conveniently located in the Social Hall, we will have an Alternative Gift Fair where you can donate to one or all four great charities, Heifer Project, Habitat for Humanity, Meals on Wheels and Shepherd’s Gate, in honor of people on your gift list. In return you receive a card acknowledging the gift which you can give to those people (who didn’t need that tie or sweater, etc.) letting them know how their gift is being used to help others.
